I have been using this product for about 6-8 months and it is really good. It does what it says, it has the simplest way to change the icons without having a packager, simply right click on any icon, and click the appearance tab, the find your new preferred icon on your HDD.
It changes just about every icon on your entire computer. It is a very small program too. I also like the fact that you can create your own icons with it as well.
