I can't delete a user account that appears on the blue welcome screen.... When i go to the users control panel and delete it, it deletes it... then the next time i restart my computer, it almost gets to the part where it is supposed to load the welcome screen, but instead flashes a message about corrupt registry somethin _software and resets automatically......

i looked thru the event viewer under security and it lists failure audits for TIMOTHY as unknown user... Is there a way to disable that? or edit a file to get TIMOTHY off the welcome screen?
