I`ve downloaded Dash Board Beta 5.0 from Betanews but while in an attempt to install it i,m given a message to install .Net Framework in order to install Dashboard.
I,m confused about it & `ve not seen something about .Net Framework.I,m running Win 98 SE.So plz tell me wat is this .Net Framework & from where can I get it.

go to the win98 update site and download the .net frame.

I checked the Windows Update but when i sacnned the files to be updated there wasn`t any file named .Net Framework.

I think that feature is only for the XP Windows Update.
