Just a quick note to thank you all for all your help since I've joined. You've all been a priceless source of help for this "newbie" finally getting the real world experience I need at my new job. I've worked hard for those papers hanging on the wall, but as the saying goes "a man who knows something, knows he knows nothing"...... :D While I'll never know it all, you guys always help me help my customers leave happy and confident in the work/troubleshooting I've done for them.
