1. Fix system hang when use the Hyper-Threading CPU on Non-HT support motherboard
2. Fix system enable Hyper-Threading then resume from S3 fail
3. Add Setup item: "Hyper-Threading Technology"
4. Fix Hyper-Threading CPU show ratio error
