Rainy has released v.15 of his popular Rainlendar.

what´s new

- Added !RainlendarMove and !RainlendarZPos bangs.
- Fixed a bug that crashed the program if server name was empty.
- Made the refresh on screen resolution optional, since it caused problems with some games.
- The size of the today-image wasn't included in the window size calculation so part of the image was clipped in few skins. Fixed.

This desktop calander is really cool, you can choose to have a transparent calander so that it uses your chosen desktop picture as its background :)

Looks good. I like the ability to see the whole month at a glance...comes in handy.

I actually use the Audi Desktop Calendar (http://www.audi.com/com/en/experience/entertainment/01/02/desktop_landing/desktop_landing.jsp). (Free download)

It too supports transparency and it allows you to add events to the calendar so that you can see what you've got planned for the week.

I like the rainlendar but I tried the Lite Step and it didn't like winxp.Froze my system and wouldn't load some of my programs.I believe it's for win98/me anyways, but thought I'd give it a try so I could use their animated desktop plugins.Anyone know of another (free if possible)program for xp which will animate customizable logos for the desktop?

Thanks for the heads up Zero - Rainlendar is very good - I use it on occasion. There is also Samurize which is completely customize-able (fonts, colors, backgrounds, transparency, make your own background - use any installed font, etc........)
