Can someone sniff this one out for me?????

Need drivers for a winmodem coming from a recently gutted Dell

The only numbers I see here are as follows:

USRobotics Model 0637 (found nothing!)

FCC Reg. No: 4x2u7sa-25314-m5-e

Sticker on front covering 3com chip (found nothing!)
sn:13caa20b246c
product: 3c042697400-83010
