Beware of the cheapest provider, and I say this from experience. Often times they don't make enough money to stay in business for long, and when they go it usually is rather suddenly.

If they don't make a profit, how can they stay in business? If they don't stay in business then you are out the service, and you'll wind up finding another provider later on.

Find one that is average, where the prices are low, but not too low. You might also want to try out their service on a trial basis to see how reliable it is, and if it is meeting your needs.
