are you sure emule is ste to that folder as temp in preferences?
if it is it should always resume them, of not i have no clue

There is an option to import unfinished downloads. You just select the temp folder and it will import them.

Not infront of MY PC at the moment so I can't tell you where the option is but it IS there, I used it yesterday!

I am a noob with emule and have a question about statistic. Where is the file that stores the stats data? I will be reformatting my machine and reinstall windows, and I don't want to lose my stats data (cuz I have decent UL/DL ratio already).

I just copy the whole emule folder...then after reinstalling just copy it back over writing the other folder seems to be working so far.

if you don't have the 0**.part.met files but you do have the 0**.part.met.bak files just rename the 0**.part.met.bak files to 0**.part.met
