How does one trace a person/group who wants to bypass your firewall and penetrate your website?
I think there is something out there. Any suggestions?

you need something like neotrace or sygate has a back trace/whois built into the firewall.

also if you already know the IP of the offending system, Visual Route is another good app to use.

McAfee took over Neotrace. Not sure if they're trying to steer you over to a newer version with McAfee's name on it now.
