Assuming its not the Cable co. speed.


A friend runs IE in win98, he has a cable connection but latley he has seen quite a slowdown in performance.

The only thing I know to do is clean up the Cache, any other ideas on what mey be causing the solwdown and fixes ? He also used IM .
