View Full Version : Flashing Icons Rich February 24th, 2004, 00:13 AM Windows XP. After logging on, all the icons and start menu flash on and off very quickly. There is no way to stop it. I tried a registry fix at Kellys-Korner but it didn't help. Ran a virus check in safe mode, none found. Any ideas on what could be causing it? Have you updated your video card drivers? Have you tried lowering your resolution? My computer is exactly the same as my son's, they were both bought the same time from Dell. I can't believe it's the drivers or motherboard but I could be wrong.
