i have a cool i cam model # cic-300 and it worked great until i upgraded to windows xp pro now i cant get to download picz to my comp and dont know how to fix it can someone help me out

If xp Home then uninstall the drivers you loaded and restart your computer with the cam plugged in and see if windows will install native drivers to work with xp capture software such as Windows movie maker.It may be that you have to unistall the viewing/editing software that came with your cam also :D
