Rev. We have grown a lot. Haven't we??
Well, This is the only forum I regulary visit. I tried to sign in for other but I keep forgetting I am a member and never go back.
Why do I sign into another forums? Well to get some extra information most of the time. While some of us have the gift of extra time ( I am not included) some of us time is pretty scarce :D
Well. there is a section that actually this forum could use and it is missing. We are all getting more experts each day and there are more than a few that actually work with computers and have to administer them, so I propouse the Administrators section (Or whatever)
Where we can have section for developers, Network Administrators and such.
I think we could all benefit from this.
I look for more administrator oriented forums but I didn't have much luck. I seem to get bored there :D
A lot of my questions are Network/System administration.
A lof of Lynch are developer (web developing)
So I think we even have material to start the section

I agree. I think most of us work in some kind of support/admin role and that would be a great resource. Of course I suppose it would be the same "posters" in it that we have in all the other threads...

At first it may be the same posters, but also, it could open up a new market for TZ, and some users from expertexchange etc

Also we don't have a section For Linux. It is not generating too many post, but at least in one time or another we tried it, right?

Its an interesting idea and i'd like to get some more opinions first.

I think this a great idea. The name of the section should be something like "Would be Pros" with a caption of "For all who inspire to be an IT,admin,Graphics design, etc. in the professorial world of computers."

This so that our home users do not get the idea that they are being left out on this section.. IMHO :D

OK Dehc,we've decided not to create a new forum solely for Adminstration because we feel it probably wouldn't be active enough on its own.So as a compromise we have renamed the "Networking" forum to "Networking/System Administration". ;)
