Yup - Webshots is freeware. About half a decade ago it was trialware. But its free now.

As long as you use your own personal photos/wallpapers and not those from the Webshots website, everything is free.
Webshots randomizes wallpapers, can be used as a screensaver and you can add a calendar in the background. Also uses special compression.

This file would not unzip. The error message said it

was not a valid zip file. It said it may be part of a

spanned file. It said to download it again. I

downloaded it twice. I 1st downloaded when you

1st put it up. Did anyone else have this problem? I

used Winzip. Thank you.
