Longhorn 4074 DCE

The video is bad quality and the screenshots were taken with a digital camera. Just some interesting tidbits on the next generation windows operating system codenamed "Longhorn". These show the new effects being added to Longhorn to step it up a notch in the operating system realm.

While the images and video are low quality they do show that Longhorn is coming along rather well.

It has the DCE component built in... This build carries the DCE, or Desktop Composition Engine, it is the DirectX, video-accelerated graphics engine in Longhorn. It will be a part of the Aero User Interface.
