What more can Dell add to its fast and furious Dell Inspiron 8600 notebook with a 15.4" wide screen display, 7200-rpm hard drive and Pentium-M 1.7 GHz CPU? The answer is ATI's MR 9600 Pro Turbo graphics processor. So does this notebook's 3-D graphics capabilities get any better?
