This free online utitilty lets you check Internet Explorer for security holes and certain 'hacks'. If it does indeed find anything wrong, it will then tell you what you need to do to fix the problems.
Today's busiest companies, such as Adobe, Apple, Bank of the West, BlueCross, Fujitsu, HP, and Siebel Systems, use Qualys to automatically audit their Internet-connected networks for security vulnerabilities. I did all of the test and there were two that I failed but Microsoft hasnt issued a patch or a fix for them... I followed the advice and now I am fairly confident that my browser is safe from attacks.
