IE Opens and then Closes

IE6 or IE7

I open the program, and as soon as my mouse goes over the window it closes.

No error messages. That is all there is to it.

Any ideas ?

Check Event Viewer to see if it's logged any problems.

Browse to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer

locate "ieproxy.dll" and move it to C:\WINDOWS\system32

Go to Start > Run and type "regsvr32 ieproxy.dll" (without quotes) and hit enter

IE should now load.

I did exactly what you said.

It did not work.

Any thing else come to mind?

I just check, and there was nothing listed.

Can you have IE6 and IE7 installed/running at the same time on the same PC??
