what's going on here?

I'm sitting here thinking someone ought to have my head examined. Well, here goes......

My wife has A Dell GX60 pc, with normal windows xp and outlook express on it.

Today, I used here pc and sent someone a msg.

Big surprise: Here SENT file stops in early 2009. What gives here???? I know she send people messages at least one per week.

Here setup is quite simple : Inbox, and looks normal. Nothing in Outbox. Deletes looks normal.

Why is her SENT file only showing early 2009 msgs?

Maybe I ought to go back to sleep........

Check the date and time settings are correct on the PC.

WOW! Things were really porked up! Date was Wayyyy back in 2004. Anyhow, now they're set right. I sent a test msg, and it was properly recorded.

Thanks for that. I'm not sure I'd have thought to look at that.....
