Wireless phone for PC internet ?

As many of you know I'm in the black hole when it comes to highspeed internet access, my only choice is a Sat dish. I mostly game online and I'm told that Sat is better than dialup but not much better because the upload on Sat is still about the same :(

I was talking to an ISP owner and he told me that I can get a wireless unlimted cell phone account and use the card for my PC to access the net like people do with their laptops...DUH I guess the black hole has corrupt my brain.

Anyone know about this ? is it fast ? what do you guys with LT's do ?
