Can I play modern warfare using an ati 9250 card?
My refurb board wont take pcie cards.
Am I s o l ?

here is the min. requirements. with your current card I dont think it would work, but I know you could find a 9800 for pretty cheap.

AGP cards can be hard to come by, let alone have enough new technology or processingi power to support the latest games.

Try eBay as well, look for X1950 or X1600 (for ATI - unsure of nVidia cards from that era).
