Outlook Express states it is full but it is not.

I keep getting messages stating my outlook express is full and I must delete some emails. But I do not have many emails. I have saved some elsewhere and then deleted them from my inbox and emptied my deleted folder. I may have been doing this incorectly. Is there a way of going on line and seeing what outlook express think I have in emails.

I don't use their email....but this should help you resolve issues.

not sure if it works with express but regular outlook you can right click your mailbox and go to properties...then folder size and you can see where your space is getting eaten up from.

Check your "Sent Items" folder. May be full.

Also in OE go to File > Folder > Compact All folders
