Message when starting windows

Hello,

I need some help for fixing this problem that occures when I start windows, on my laptop. This is how it goes, When starting windows, this prompt opens, before I enter windows, it says that some programs are not able to be read. So it gives me 9 seconds to press any keys, otherwise it will run a scan to see those files that can't be read. When I run it windows, just freeses, so i dont run it and everything is normal, but I would still like to know why is it screwed up like this?
