Hello. I'm a professional here. What they did was stretch her neck. They added a section to her neck to make it longer. Possible rope burn on neck using the lynchknot method.

Actually, It looks like someone smoothed (blurred) out her Adam's apple and parts of her face. Upon blowing up, you can see pixelation (I wasn't sure if it was pixel or pixal) and where it was blended.
Fake. Somebody airbrushed a sweatshirt on her.

She denies this to be a real picture, and say it must have been manipulated. Several official experts have analyzed it, and saying they can not find any signs of manipulations. I thought it looked unreal myself, but are far from any expert
But you seems to agree it look like a fake, thats interesting.
Here is by the way the same picture from another newspaper. Its bigger, and I thought it shows even more clear signs of manipulations?

This looks like a woman with a mild "goiter". A goiter is a swelling of the thyroid gland.

If it's a head placed on another body, there should be some flaws where the neck meets the collar of the shirt. I agree with efc. An iodine deficiency? DRB
I thought there was something funny about her neck. It's her head and part of her neck attached to a neck and sweatshirt.
It WAS a fake. Her ex boyfriend admits having manipulated the pic :rolleyes:
