Mute the Vista Start-Up Sound

Great...I actually use that sound when troubleshooting no video issues over the phone. :( If they turn it off I'm kinda $crewed.

How does sound relate to video? Just bewildered???:confused:

If they are in a situation where nothing can be seen, but yet when we boot the system can hear the Windows startup sounds, it narrows down the problems. Lets you know that the OS is loading but the problem is either in the video subsystem or the monitor.
