PHP MYSQL help with new site

Hello everyone. Iam looking for a good PHP codder that can use MYSQL databases and can make a user login system with password etc. The site will be a free service offered to the general internet public so the "job" will not be paid. However, you will recieve credit on the site and I hope to put advertising on the site so you will recieve an equal share of the revenue gaid from that if any. It shouldn't be that hard a job but I can't code PHP, only modify it. I think the idea is very intuative and a lot of people will use it. If you are interested in doing this please email me.
