Changing Windows XP Registration Info - [FIXED]

I wanna know if there is any way to chnge the registration info of a copy of Win XP.I,m talking about the registration info that U get when U right click on My Computer.Actually i want to modify the User Name and the Company Name.
Plz if U could telll me if I have to modify any registry keys.If yes then plz tell me the path of those registry entries.

Actually on that same point I would like to know hao to put a logo on the left hand side of that windo, like you get when you buy a ready made pc like toshiba and they have there logo there.
