Junk in my C Drive?

Is this all junk, or should I leave it? I asked a friend and he didn't know, if you know know any of these, please help me.

I hate to be a bother, but I really don't know what to do and I would love it if I could catch all that junk before I have to format my computer again. I've run Ad-Aware and Spybot...Is there anything else?

Tried everything in egghead's spyware removal thread? I thought Webroot Spy Sweeper worked the best for me.

I'd done everything in his thread once before...It helped a lot, but somehow, some of what I had downloaded for it is now gone...I'll try that Webroot thing, and if not, I guess I'll download everything from there again.

That Webroot thing really helped. It took out a lot of that junk and all that crap from my task manager. :) Thanks
