Converting HD DVD to DVD

Can you experts please give me some advice on converting HD DVD to DVD.

I have an XBox360 HD drive attached to my PC running Vista Home Edition, and have used DVDFab HD Decrypter 4 to copy an HD Dvd to the hard drive in a folder DVD_VOLUME with sub-folders ADV_OBJ and HVDVD_TS containing EVO files.

Is there any freeware or reasonably priced software that will convert these EVO file into normal DVD VOB files that DVD Shrink 3.2 will handle to enable me to write a normal DVD?

Also, is there software that allow playing of HD DVDs directly on Vista?

I didn't think there was software to allow this but check this link....it might work......and it's not too pricey
