Got this email today. Looks like they are upgrading the antivirus software for hotmail.

This is about their virus scanning upgrade. Now they can both incoming and outgoing messages for virii.

same here mine is still 2mb as of 07/27/2004.

THis is not the space increase upgrade, it's their AV upgrade..
