that all depends if it's LCD, DLP, or regular CRT projection tv's we're talking about here ;)
having a lot of shortcuts and desktop icons is bad for your computer (RAM).

well it seems i changed it through COMPUTER MANAGEMENT
just right clicked and chose "set password"
my question is this now, do you by default have 2 ADMIN accounts?
one named, ADMINISTRATOR...
For some reason through user accounts, when i try to change the password, i get a window pop-up saying, password cannot be changed.
Any ideas what's going on?

didn't have to do a thing, it was already unchecked.
