Do you use a program called "EasyCleaner".
There was a problem with earlier versions of this application running on XP,which caused Help and Support to malfunction.

yes i have used easycleaner a while back, but i've uninstalled it. is there a way to fix it?
Fix available here http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/fix...ws_xp_help.htm
We've also got a thread from last year - XP Help & Support Fix

Yes, wumply had this d--m problem and didn't get it fixed. Tried the links here. Gave up. Dreamed that XSP2 would fix it...but it didn't. Actually I've hardly missed it over months, but I'm going try these links again only half-hoping...just because I have the belief (yes, I know often unrealistic) that computers should work right!!!!!
I've created my own website...a collection of moving, sad and happy and humorous poems which I would like to share with others. They come from stories my dad used to tell me when I was a kid. If you could glance at my site and if you know of others who might enjoy it and perhaps tell them of it, I would be most appreciative. Thank you. The address is www.metrocast.net/~wumply/exper-1.html
