Extending static IP over bridge or VPN?

    Greetings all!

I have 5 static IP addresses on my ADSL line. My co-worker has a cable modem, and they don't allow serving/hosting on his plan. I want to know how I can get one of my static IP's over to his house so he can set up a server on it.

I have thought about using a wireless bridge, as we are only about a mile from each other, but there are many trees in the way, so we would need tall masts on which to mount the antenna.

Then I thought about using a VPN, out my ADSL, accross the internet, and in through his cable modem, but I don't know if you can forward a static routable IP adress using a VPN.

What are your thoughts on this situation?

    Thanks!

    Brian

VPN is too slow to be useful in this application.
