    can't login to secondary accounts

hi, when helping a friend set up her WinXP home I have
created secondary limited unpassworded accounts for her. however,
when trying to log on for the first time I get a popup
error message on the login screen that the account is not
available !!!??? I have even gone back into the
main/admin account to delete said account and created
another new, limited one but still receive the same error
    message when attempting to login!!??
any help here is much appreciated.

So you can access a regular "Computer Administrator" account or are you creating these in Safe Mode using the Admin account?

sorry for not being clearer......it is just the secondary account/user that can not be accessed the main/admin accts are fully accessible.

Try booting into Safe Mode/Admin acct. Then delete the limited user accts, reboot back into Safe Mode and recreate those accts.
