    Microphone Troubles

I use this program called teamspeak to talk to other people, and my frineds are able to use their mics on this game we play and on teamspeak at the same time and i can only use my mic on one program. Is there a special codec i need to install so i can use my mic on multiple programs?

I found this possible solution for sb5.1 video card.

    1. Go to the Control panel.
    2. Double click "Sounds, Speech and Audio Devices"
    3. Select 'Sounds and Audio Devices'
    4. Where it says 'Speaker settings' Select 'Advanced'
    5. Click the performance tab
    6. Take the Hardware Acceleration slider down a notch and restart your computer.

you might be limited by the hardware of your soundcard

you can buy a soundblaster card that can perform everything you want and more

I tried using my soundblaster but it conflicts with my other sound card because it is built in and when i disable it my computer conflicts with itself

log off and turn coimputer off
install s/c and turn computer on and install the drivers
