Unhappy seeking advice from the pros.

it seemed that im spending more time checking my firewall and blocking ips, and observe ongoing traffic no matter how diligent i am w/ monitoring, it really kill the joy of surfing when im doing everything possible to keep my security tighten up. Im using sygate, spysweeper, kaspersky.........scanning religiously. I just dont know how to keep my network monitor, i dont know if i should install this:
    http://www.packetfactory.net/Projects/Ngrep/

i dont know which option to install........lol, is there a better way to improve the constant nuisance that im facing or am i asking for too much? i kept seeing this outbounding traffic called imgcxs97.cx (in variable# and ip) going out of my system, does anyone know? i dont understand why i keep blocking and it comes back.

anyone used that applz HIJACKTHIS, and would you recommend? would i know what im looking for? lol

also, i dont know if everyone has explore clitches as much as i do, im seeing more errors than usual.

please advise and thanks in advance!

I'm not pro but I read a lot at security boards. I use, as a total security package, a router, Outpost firewall, Prevx, Process guard, Protowall, Giant antispyware, Winpatrol and System Safety monitor - (edit) oh yeah, NOD32 (resident) KAV (on demand) Norman (on demand)

I used it updated with full tricks and still had my homepage hijacked .. . .bleh

I thought it was rubbish personally - All it seemed to do was close down access from my end (locking things down) while still allowing hijackers in.
    Thumbs down from me.

Porn is about at healthy as beer and smokes.

That looks like ImageShack, the site we use to host most of our Sigs on the forum. Maybe you should get a router for the other problems.
