This caption was under the photo.

Hitachi, LTD.'s new 8GB Mikey drive is shown with dominoes to demonstrate its smaller profile. Mikey is a new miniature hard drive from Hitachi that can store several thousand songs or pictures in 8 GB of storage. (01/06/05 AP photo)

There is a thing as being too small. Hate to be a cynic, but how sturdy will this thing be? And will the controls be easy to use? Will it have an LCD screen?
Same with the Panasonic A100phone - its as tiny as hell, but potentially useless - http://www.gsmarena.com/index.php3?s...series-711.php

    Good one FG

It is the new generation of Microdrives, looks amazing with great capacity... @ Tarun, the drive might be small, but its only 1 component in a mp3 player Unless it goes into a new iPod Shuffle v2, so with no LCD only 1.8inch tall
