This is the other freemail that I use. It has been up also for about 3 years. It is run by novell.

Seems myrealbox is not accepting new offers sorry:

    http://www.email.com/

    http://www.hushmail.com/

    http://www.bigmailbox.com/

    http://www.postmaster.co.uk/

Any of those should suit you nicely. Hushmail is one of the best in terms of privacy.

You should really question a country that you live in that bans all these things... I mean what kind of government does such a thing? These sites are not illegal, they do nothing but offer free mail over the internet.. Why would any country prevent its citizens from such opportunities....???

YOu ever read 1984 by George Orwell?

If not, I suggest you read it immediately:

    http://www.mondopolitico.com/library/1984/1984_c1.htm

Wonderful book talking about the sheer power of government to control its citizens. There is a movie version as well:

    Editorial Reviews
    Amazon.com
Michael Radford's adaption of George Orwell's foreboding literary premonition casts John Hurt and Suzanna Hamilton as lovers who must keep their courtship secret. Aside from criminalizing sex and interpersonal relationships, the ruling party in their country Oceania both fabricates reality and reconstructs history for the sake of oppressing the masses. They brainwash their citizens via large, propaganda-spewing TV monitors installed in their living rooms, which also inspect everyone's activities. Hurt and Hamilton are among the few we see desperately trying to fight the system by keeping control of their thoughts and beliefs. While the atmosphere becomes a bit too stifling at times, the images are quite striking with their muted colors and dilapidated sets. In an interesting bit of casting, Richard Burton costars (in his final role) as a government agent who surreptitiously exposes Hurt to the ideas of resistance. Unlike many like-minded films, 1984 does not offer a flashy vision of the future, but then that aspect makes it feel all the more real. In an age when more and more of our everyday activities are being scrutinized, Big Brother may not be so far off after all.

    All Banned Too!!!!!!!!!!too Bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Think They Want To Sell Their Own E-mails (domestically).

That's Why They Banned All Free Mail Providers.

All Your Mail Didn't Work Out.

    But I Give Up Already.

    Thanks To You Anyway.

Do you not have an email account with your Internet Service Provider company? Are these banned from actual ISP at home or simply your workplace (could be a proxy/firewall issue - my company blocks all web-mail)...

    www.hotpop.com
    www.fastmail.fm
    free.bizhat.com (search for free webmail)
also try "free webmail" or "free pop3 mail" in google. I'm sure they cannot firewall every single email provider.
Its really unjust waht they are doing. The domestic email providers wont have outside competition and if they form partnerships, they could agree not to make significant improvements. Thats not very nice.

Hehe......if we find a email SP that actually works, then it wouldn't be banned, and it would be legal(cos it wasnt banned)
I'm sure it doesnt say anywhere in their cyberlaws that use of email services not approved by/affiliated to the Govt. is illegal... if it does, we're screwed

I think they dont offer pop3/smtp/imap with a free account. In the features page, pop3 isnt mentioned, but a notifier is mentioned.
