IE loads wrong .bmp for "forward" button
The bitmap for IE toolbar buttons is shell32.dll #204. When the page fully loads, however, my browser's forward button switches to an image from #214. I can get the proper image to display by right-click\customize the toolbar, removing the forward button, closing the customize dialog, re-opening it and adding the forward button back.
But this is becoming tiresome. Any ideas?

Try killing the icon cache found at %SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\%Username%\Local Settings\Application Data\IconCache.db
It may have become corrupted.

If that's the same as tweakui's "repair icons", been there, done that, didn't work. Unfortunately. Thanks, though.
@L/K: I've been there. It doesn't seem to be applicable.
