Unhappy Urgent - Url Logic Is Killing Me

I am getting popups from Urllogic, mysterious things keep happening like the instance of GoCasino downloading itself.

THERE WAS A MALIGNANT THING CALLED COOLWEBSEARCH, wonder if its still around

I really dont want my data to be uploaded somewhere.

Ad-aware is getting hung up on a particular file

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{02BCC737-B171-4746-94C9-0D8A0B2C0089}

Spybot - Full Version is having problems deleting things - mainly a very malicious file file zzzpau.dll and yyyuko.exe...

    SPYBOT AFTER SEARCH ALSO SAYS

Error in dll.Scan_Start: External exception C0000006

a friend told me to download KillBox and remove the two aforementioned files...Have done so...

    problems still persists
should i make peace with spyware or wat>

Add/Remove Programs earliers ( that were deleted by me)
    WebRebates.com
    DMVLite.exe
    Int Optimizer
    SE Assistant

ADD REMOVE DOESNT WORK ANY MORE!!!!

Please help as soon as possible..

It looks like you are halfway through removal of some items - reboot make a new log and post it.
You will definately want to be fixing these though

It doesn't look like much if anything has changed - take a look in add/remove programs and see if you have anything like 'media motor' if you do then uninstall it. If you still have Pocket Killbox handy then use it to delete the files

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\wpst.exe
    c:\windows\system32\pfzadyz.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\a64sddd.exe

    these are definitely bad things

C:\Program Files\Ares\Ares.exe is reported as being a keylogger, only you know if you put it in there on purpose, if not then get rid and post a new HJT log. You can post your log into www.hijackthis.de for a quick analysis but some of your stuff is too new for that portal.
