    Assistance with 2 Problems Please

    1. Word Perfect 12

      All of a sudden I get the error ENTRUST.INI not found when I start the program. I have the program on more than one machine and cannot find this item on another system. What does it mean? And what must I do?

    2. Extensis Photobars and Photoshop CS2

      I have always used Extensis Photobars with Photoshop. I was able to use them with no problem in conjunction with CS1 but they will not work with CS2. Might anyone have any ideas?

    Why don't you just run a repair install of WP. What's a photobar? I see this: SALVAGING PHOTOBARS 3 FOR PHOTOSHOP 6.0 / 7.0 / CS - I suppose I can read it unless you will summarize.

    I did that right away. It did not help.

    The company Extensis has a large number of plugins for Photoshop. One of them is a huge set of tool bars, that can do many things; and can be customized to include their other plugins. It makes things really easy, as I can just have one extra bar across the top, with all of the tools I use without having to search the filters, presets etc... The version that was released for PS 6/7 worked fine with CS1 but for some reason, I cannot get it to with CS2. ALL of the other Extensis items that I have been using for years, work without any problems.

    After using the link you have provided, it appears I am totally out of luck, unless out there, a talented programmer wishes to help that site's guru to fix the program(s). Thanks for providing the link.

    Re: word perfect: Have you tried to copy the file on the other system and copy over to your system that is lacking? When I installed CS2 I could not open Bridge - it was missing dlls. I just copied the dlls that were missing and placed them into the Bridge folder - it works now - they suggested I reinstall but this seems to word without issue.

    The missing file is NOT on the other machines. That is what is confusing the heck out of me!

    Denyse try this;

    Go to Control panel, launch Add/Remove Software,

    Select WordPerfect Office 11, Change, Select change,

    Expand the WordPerfect group, deselect Entrust.

    Complete the process.

    The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

    Entrust .INI File All end-users with Entrust products on the desktops (such as Entrust Entelligence, etc.) require an updated Entrust.ini file. The file provides the pointers to the appropriate location of the CA and the DSA.The following file must be loaded on the desktop's hard drive in the windows directory (example: c:\WINNT):
