Kernel32.dll is the 32-bit dynamic link library found in the Windows operating system kernel. It handles memory management, input/output operations, and interrupts. When Windows boots up, kernel32.dll is loaded into a protected memory space so other applications do not take that space over.

On occasion, though, users may encounter the "invalid page fault" error.

This error occurs when a program or application tries to access kernel32.dll's protected memory space. Sometimes the error is caused by one particular program or application, and other times it is provoked by multiple files and applications.

If the problem results from running one application, then the application needs to be replaced. If the problem occurs when accessing multiple files and applications, the corruption is probably caused by faulty hardware.

Your best option is to format.

As Piper stated, something went astray in windows and it's better to format.

Here is some general info about kernal32.dll

    http://www.5starsupport.com/info/kernel32.htm

What worries me is the error exists in to different instances 1) NIC properties 2) media app

If you still get kernal error messages after a complete format then look at memory/motherboard.

"Generally" what I have seen with the IRQ_L errors is a screwy driver, but as MS always says Almost anything can cause 'em. Try uninstalling the NIC completely. Pull it out of the system, reboot, and the reinstall it obviously with the latest drivers unless the OS is supporting it. Do the normal memtest86 running it on an extended loop. Random BSODs are a beeoch to trouble shoot that's why I recommend looping the memory test for awhile. If all that passes then try a driver rollback for the NIC. If the NIC driver is actually at fault then fixing this may fix your kernal errors also.
