Which harddrive will be best for this motherboard?

I have an ASUS A7V8X-X Motherboard(Link) and I'm looking to get a new harddrive. Looks like to me I can only have a ATA/133 or ATA/100 harddrive.

So I was looking around and I think these are the two best ones for the money/size/speed. What do ya'll think? Which one is better? Or maybe there is even a different one I haven't seen yet that ya'll suggest.

    First harddrive
    Second harddrive

Also, is there a big difference or no difference at all between ATA/100 and ATA/133 harddrives?

This will be a gaming computer primarly, so keep that in mind. Thanks for the help.

Either one is good.I am partial to WD drives of the JB model's for the ATA's.I have an 80GB and a 120GB.The 80 is almost 2 years old and the 120 I just bought.Very quiet also.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

How about a 10.000 rpm raptor for your Master and whatever for slave?

    I like 10K+rpm U320 SCSI disks in a hardware RAID 5 array.
I'm using Windows 7 - you got a problem with that?
