    Just in case

Hello. I'm looking for the best case at this price or less - or is this it? I don't need power supply

I'm not like BB (kidding bb). I can't give my nephew a banged up computer - it's embarrassing since I told him I built it (rebuilt it). It wobbles since many of the rivets have pulled through and there's dents all over it. The bezel is cracked and ready to fall off as well. I want to give him my "skatepark" case (by swapping all the parts again!)

    Amazon's price is better: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...267916-6742326

This case is always a favorite around my neck of the woods, very sturdy and pretty good look.

Or you could get this, i want this case bad.

The only thing to worry about is getting finger prints and stuff on it.

thanks Beelze but that case isn't in the same league. As far as the acrylic case goes, can you imagine trying to clean the dust out of the corners or anywhere for that matter. If I opted for acrylic, it would have to be tinted "smoked" color.

ya i agree acrylic is kind of a hassel but... i am willing to deal with it.

    How about this case

    or

My dream case, which is far beyond my reach so will always remain my dream case, is this Lian-li. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is incredible. This case is a work of art, in my opinion. Like a beautiful woman, car, motorcycle, etc, I could stare at it all day long. I'll settle for "affordable with sacrifices" as it's the safe and sane thing to do.

It appears to have some desirable features like the 120mm fan with option to run another in rear (for quiet operation and superior cooling - website states 2x120 so maybe it's an old version) aluminum bezel not plastic. A "Fully meshed front panel design" - could remind me of my "dream" could be torturous. The front panel ports are in an interesting location.

got it from newegg...it was about 130 bucks when I got it came with a 480 w PSU. and I think 140 for the one with the clear side case. heres the page on new egg minus the PSU. http://www.newegg.com/OldVersion/app...133-136&depa=1
I cut out a slot for another 120mm fan. but this case is solid and being tool-less is a definate bonus.

Damn, for another 65 dollars you could have ordered my dream case. I still have the question an unanswered fellows - is this the best case for under $80? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119076

Early arrival. It was not supposed to arrive until the 11th. It's nowhere near the quality of Lian-li but the online pics (that I've seen) do no do this case justice.

Full mesh front with filters. Doors flip down when CD drawers open

This ought to keep the drives cool 120mmx2 front and rear
