    Using Linux to fix Windows computer that won't boot

    Tux magazine, Issue #3 contains a review of distribution MEPIS, www.tuxmagazine.com. For those that don't know, MEPIS is a live CD distribution that allows you to boot to linux from the CD. Other live CD distributions, including MEPIS and Knoppix can be used to find and replace corrupted files on a Windows hard drive. Read more at above link.

    Linux screwed my pc
    i onced used a version of gentoo it was really hard to configure then i had a prob with the MBR and then my pc was good 4 garbage. And this may seem stupid but i am serious
