    Question loss of Domain Trust

    What would make most of the systems in my enviroment loss the domain trust?

    That addresses how to fix a lost domain.

    It could be many issues causing this... the domain controller options where meddled with, a system intrusion, etc..

    Is this a trust issue between the clients and servers? Or server to server?

    Take a look at that link for more help in troubleshooting your trust issue.

    Trust errors between servers or workstations.
    Cause: Incorrect time synchronization between domain controllers or workstations, the server could be down, or the trust relationship could be broken.

    Solution: Run Netdom to verify, reset, or establish the trust between computers. This command-line tool performs batch management of trusts, verifies trusts and secures channels between computers, and can join computers to domains.
