    Hey all,

    Yes, its finally gonna happen, MSN has announced that its new messenger program to be released in the first qurter of 2006 will allow users to talk to people who use Yahoo messenger.

    also there were invitations to be a beta-tester for this, however there are none left anymore.

    hi lankan man,

    well yes there were beta invites of it.. however when i tried to get a copy of it there were none left.. so i guess that already a lot of other people are trying it out... i did use it at my friends place though coz he was able to get a beta.. while a lot of promised features are still not there, the look and feel has major differences....

    Now that I think of it, betas aren’t really safe, in some cases; there are a lot of glitches that may even affect you previous Messenger...although this might be an urban legend.

    I downloaded it and it says I need to pay £1.50 for various SMS for the installation code. Is that what you guys did? Is it that much better?
