Hello everyone I really nead your help! I have this virus on my computer after searhing something and I got this virus. I scanned with Norton Anti-Virus and it did not find anything. I scanned with Microsoft OneCare and it still did not find anything. But OneCare always gives me this message:
    Virus Found!
    File Name: tep583.tmp
    Location: C:/Windows/temp
    Virus Name: TrojanDropper:Win32/Agent.JJ
Then It gives me the options of Cleaning the virus or caneling it. I press the clean virus and nothing comes up then 30 sec. latter the same message comes up but with the same file name and another message with the same thing but another file name.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this virus?

Clean out your temp files. You can do it the old fashion way or use CCleaner

CCleaner is a good app to have so use that.

You have both Norton and OneCare AV on your PC ?

    i highly recommend nod32
    www.nod32.com

It catches these trojan downloaders and stops them before they can be run on your system. I use this to shock people by going to the seedy internet and showing them that simply vieing a website is enough to be infected. This pops up an alert to a trojan installing and I usually gain a client for life

after scanning with nod32 you need to install webroots spysweeper
    www.webroot.com

do a full scan. Finds lots of goones that even ad-aware and spybot fail to see.

if you think you have a trojan in memory you can try trojan hunter
    www.trojanhunter.com

    next use unhackme
    http://www.greatis.com/unhackme/

if you suspect the trojan is running but nothing finds it then you need to try security task manager
    http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/

look and identify the proccess and permanently delete it from your system

all programs work fine through trial and are very important to a successful cleaning.
