    Taskbar problem - [FIXED]

Okay, to be honest I have no idea where I should put this, so I just guessed "software"...

Anway, I'll get right to the point, I had my taskbar (you know that thing with the start button/quick launch etc ) at the top (for a long time) and recently decided I wanted to put it on the bottom of the screen. So, I put it on the bottom, and lock it.. but when I restart (or shutdown) the taskbar is back at the top.

It's like it doesn't save my settings when it reboots... so, do any of you know what's going on? If you do, I would really appreciate some help.

    Thanks.
